Why would I need to do COSHH training?

If you work in an environment where you would likely to come into contact with hazardous materials. This could be manufacturing, cleaning, healthcare, transport, utilities and office environments.

I occasionally use a powerful solvent at work. Do I need to do COSHH training?

Whether you occasionally use a hazardous substance at work or every day it is advisable that you complete COSHH training. The training will not only make you aware of the substance you use but other materials you may come in contact with but not necessarily use at work.

How long does the COSHH certificate last after I have completed my training?

There is no time limit on the COSHH certificate.
